My Philosophy

My practice is rooted in the belief that bodywork is an essential tool in an increasingly digital world. Uniquely trained in music cognition and massage therapy, I specialize in a mixed-modality approach to create bespoke, full-body sessions designed to unlock physical potential and mental clarity. 

My training was rooted in the foundations of tai chi; making my approach unhurried and focused on the intricate connection between sound, body, and the power of intentional touch. Sessions are structured to guide bodies into a restorative state to help increase mobility, prevent injury, and invite inspiration.
